| WARRANTY: Seller warrants to Buyer that at the time of delivery the goods will be free of defects in material and workmanship. New or factory remanufactured products: manufacturer's warranty applies. Turbo Diesel & Electric Systems rebuilt products: 90 days parts and labor only unless otherwise specified. This applies only under normal use and service, and in no event will Seller be held liable for failures resulting from abuse, neglect, or improper repair by others. The Buyer agrees to hold Seller harmless for any and all claims whatsoever, other than those stated herein, (i.e. we do not cover warranty labor, progressive damage, shop supplies, downtime, towing, or other parts involved in the warranty repair. We only cover the part we supplied). In event of a failure of Turbo Diesel & Electric Systems rebuilt products, goods should be returned to Turbo Diesel & Electric Systems for repair or replacement at Sellers discretion when within reasonable proximity of Turbo Diesel & Electric Systems. Should failure occur outside reasonable proximity, call Turbo Diesel & Electric Systems for instructions to insure proper repair and warranty coverage.
